TESTIMONIALS
Testimonials appearing on this site are received via third-party review sites. They reflect individual experiences of those who have used our products and services. COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Please note that the colors of the products displayed on the Shedhub website may vary from the actual product colours due to differences in computer monitors and display settings. Additionally, colors may appear differently in person under various lighting conditions, including different weather conditions.
While we strive for accuracy, our paint line is subject to slight discrepancies due to variations in the manufacturing process. We recommend viewing physical samples, if possible, to ensure you are satisfied with your color choice.
CHANGE REQUEST DISCLAIMER
The client understands that any changes requested after the issuance of the original quotation may result in a modification to the quoted price. Additionally, any requested changes made after the engineering phase may necessitate re-engineering the plans, which will incur an additional fee. We advise clients to carefully review all details before finalising their order to avoid such changes and associated costs.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURATE INFORMATION
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding the build location of the shed, including but not limited to site exposure, proximity to any habitable premises, and classification as a bushfire-prone area. Failure to provide such accurate information may result in the shed not being engineered with all necessary factors considered.
Clients who fail to disclose this information accurately or in a timely manner do so at their own risk. Shedhub shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the lack of accurate information provided by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, price adjustments, structural modifications, shed instability, unsuitability for its intended purpose, or any injuries, damages, or fatalities that may result.
By placing an order, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and waive the right to hold Shedhub accountable for any issues or losses related to inaccurate or incomplete information provided during the ordering process.
